You might not have heard of him, but that is about to change. Tim Knol is Holland’s 20 year old musical prodigy. Director/animator Sverre Fredriksen (remember his graffiti animation Power Up?) is slaving day and night to finish the animated music video for Knol’s latest single “When I Am King.” Sverre is reviving the artisan technique of pyrography, or wood burning, to visualize Knol’s inner world. The music video premieres on 2pause.com on May 15th. But we’ve made this Making Of video to give you a little foretaste. Btw. the music video is produced by Yellow Submarine – a new division of the Submarine family!
